Experience a guided group past life regression led by Heidi, Level 2 QHHT Practitioner based in St. Louis. Using a gentle meditative state and guided visualization, participants may access past life memories, connect with their higher self, or receive intuitive insights. This interactive session is a light introduction to the deeper Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique developed by Dolores Cannon.
Bring a notebook to record what you experience after the meditation. Each is invited to share what came through if they wish to. Its a great activity to do with friends and make new friends.
